Financial Policies

Tuition

Tuition is $115 per credit hour. (GC and IMC members will be offered a $25/credit hour Membership Scholarship at registration; for information about additional scholarships, see www.lifespringschool.org/scholarships.)

Payment

All course registration and payment takes place via LifeSpring’s online Course Registration system. To register, login to the LifeSpring Student Center.

Refunds

Students may withdraw from a course by submitting a Course Withdrawal Form, available in the LifeSpring Student Center. See Academic Policies for withdrawal guidelines. LifeSpring refunds tuition according to the following withdrawal schedule:

Fall, Winter & Spring TermRefund
Withdraw before the class begins100% less $15 administrative fee
Withdraw by the end of the 1st week of class*90%
Withdraw by the end of the 2nd week of class*80%
Withdraw by the end of the 3rd week of class*70%
Summer TermRefund

Withdraw by the end of the 1st week of class*80%
Withdraw by 11:59pm (MST/MDT) the Wednesday of the 2nd week of class70%

* Sunday night at 11:59pm MST/MDT.

Fees are not refundable. If a withdrawing student has any outstanding obligations to LifeSpring, any approved refund will be applied to the outstanding obligation and the student will be liable for any unpaid balance. Refunds for courses for which the student has received scholarship funds will be less the scholarship amount.

Financial Aid

All members of the General Conference of the Church of God (Seventh Day) or of a conference that is a member of the International Ministerial Congress (IMC)* of the Church of God (Seventh Day) are automatically eligible for a $25/credit hour Membership Scholarship and will be offered this scholarship at registration.

Scholarship applications for additional scholarship options are made available to new and program enrolled students during the registration process and must be submitted each term during the scholarship application dates. Additional scholarship funds are not available for courses which a student has previously taken and received a failing grade.
