Programs

LifeSpring's certificate and diploma programs are designed to support you in your ministry goals. Therefore, when you enroll in a degree program, you help us know how we can best serve you. Students may register for 100 level courses and selected other courses each year without enrolling in a program.

Program enrolled students have access to:

  • a degree audit
  • academic advising
  • scholarship programs

Certificate Programs

LifeSpring offers the following certificates:

  • Certificate of Biblical Guidance
  • Certificate of Biblical Studies
  • Certificate of Christian Education
  • Certificate of Christian Leadership
  • Certificate of Family Ministry
  • Certificate of Outreach Ministry
  • Certificate of Worship Ministry

Each certificate program is available internationally in English and in Spanish to students who live within the United States and Canada. High school students may enroll in the Certificate of Biblical Studies program only, as early as their junior year of high school*.

Students may earn up to two certificates that have an 8 credit or less overlap (2/3 of requirements unique to each certificate).

*High school students should consider the time commitment before enrolling. Students will not be permitted to enroll in THE 201 until their senior year of high school.

Diploma of Christian Ministry

Students who have earned or are close (20+ credits) to earning a LifeSpring certificate or its equivalent may apply to the Diploma of Christian Ministry (DCM) program. The Certificate of Biblical Studies program is available internationally in English and is available in Spanish to students who live within the United States and Canada.

Application to a LifeSpring Program

Admission to a LifeSpring program is available by completing the online application. Application requests are available at www.lifespringschool.org/apply.

Transfer

Students may transfer enrollment from their current certificate program to another certificate program, or from a diploma program to a certificate program, at any time during their current program enrollment by emailing the LifeSpring office.

International Students

English language courses are available internationally.

Please check textbook availability in your country before you register for a course! To see which books you’ll need, view the “Textbooks” page at www.lifespringschool.org. Please note, the list of recommended vendors is relevant only for students who reside within the United States. If you cannot find these textbooks in your country, be prepared to pay extra shipping if you order them from vendors in the United States. You will need your textbooks before the start date of each course.

International students who are verified members of a conference that is a member of the International Ministerial Congress (IMC) of the Church of God (Seventh Day) are eligible for a $125/credit hour Membership Scholarship* and will be offered this scholarship at registration. Students are responsible for contacting their church leader to verify membership.

Scholarships

Students enrolled in a degree program receive automatic access to applicable need and merit-based scholarship applications during the registration process. In order to be considered for scholarships each term, applications must be completed during the scholarship application dates.
